This episode of 15 min Friday is a quickie about something I have always struggled with, which is being “boundaryless.” When to say yes, how to say no, and how to protect myself and my magic has been a long time struggle.
The good news is it’s never too late to start, and what I have learned previously is boundaries are as important if not more than working out or locking your front door. Boundaries are the only way you can protect yourself and sometimes rebuild your confidence.
